• Patent Cooperation Treaties management
• Certification legal aspects management
• HR legal aspects management
• Communication and applications to state funds

Preparation of agreements

• Agreements with customers for sales department for product sales

• Agreements for manufacturing outsources and suppliers

• Agreements related with marketing

• Other agreements

Patent Cooperation Treaties management

• Management and tracking of Patents applications on WIPO and National phases

• Communication with Patent institutes

• Management and coordination of Patent attorney working and his contact with CTO department

Certification legal aspects management

• Agreements with certifications centers

• Management of certification processes (coordination between CTO department and certification centers)

HR legal aspects management

• Labor contracts

• Coordination with Company’s assistant worker’s health exams

Communication and applications to state funds

• Preparation of applications to state funds

• Management of application processes

 

Requirements for candidate are:

• Experience and knowledge in preparation of civil law agreements

• Fluent Slovenian language, Fluent English language

• Experience of management

• Understanding state funding processes

• Understanding of patent law basics

What is to be done:
• Support, development and optimization of the ERP project;
• Design and development of database architecture;
• Development of new functionality and improvement of the existing one;
